Samples
We are haapy to send samples of our fabrics - tulle, silk tulle and plain silk fabric samples are £3.00 each. Lace samples are £5 each. Postage will be charged at cost. Please drop us a message to superluxefabrics@gmail.com with your sample requirements and we will send you a Paypal request for payment.
Payment
We accept Paypal for all UK and international buyer. You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal - you can securely use your credit or debit card. For UK orders we also accept personal cheques or bank transfer.
Shipping
Within the UK we send by Special Delivery which costs a little more, but purchases are delivered the next day and can be insured up to £500.
For international orders we ship by a tracked service. The delivery timescale is usually 5 - 15 working days, but sometimes it can be longer - up to 21 working days. Shipments are not sent insured. If you prefer to insure your package or use a tracked service, that's no problem but it will incur extra fees. Please ask for a quote. We can also use a courier - DHL, UPS, Fedex - delivery is much faster (3-5 days) but it's much more expensive - contact us for details.
Although we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit, we will offer any and all help needed to resolve this issue. We obtain a proof of postage for every package so that you can be confident that your package is on its way.
Each country has its own customs charges - the buyer alone is responsible for these charges that are imposed by their own government.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the 'cut' nature of our products, all sales are final.
We understand that our products may be for one of your most important days so we take extreme care with our photography to show our products as they are. We describe our products as accurately as possible and we will happily answer any questions about our products. The product you receive will be exactly the same as the image on our listing. Please be sure to read our descriptions - they give approximate measurements and accurate colour descriptions. If you're not sure of anything, please contact us for further information - we're delighted to get your messages and will answer all of your questions fully.
Please be aware that computer monitors don't always give a true colour representation, so if a colour match is of primary importance, please request a sample. These can be ordered for a small fee plus postage.
